At Prestipino Dentistry, we only hire top talent. We are seeking DENTAL ASSITANT  to join our dynamic multi-specialty practice. 

An ideal candidate would have at least 2-3 years of dental assisting experience and Love assisting with restorative and surgical procedures.  Our Dental Assistants ALWAYS put the patient’s needs first. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is fun to be around. Technical skills of the position can be taught, but character and personality cannot.

Open Position: Hours are full time, Monday-Thursdays with occasional Fridays.  Hourly wage $22-$36 (negotiable) competitive, based on experience with lots of room to GROW.

$500 Sign-on Bonus after Successful Completion of a 90-day Probationary Period.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

The main responsibilities for the DENTAL ASSISTANT position will include the following:

• Completion of High School or GED
• Successful completion of the Dental Assisting National Board Exam (DANB) (Preferred but not Required)
• Active Dental Radiation Certification in the State of Maryland (Required)
• Desire to work as a productive team member
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Task and detail-oriented
• Self-Starter who works well as a part of a team
• Patient-centric with good communication skills
• Flexible and a quick learner
• Great organizational skills and a high level of office aptitude
• Work with the doctor and do whatever it takes to ensure our patients have an exceptionally positive experience every time
