In this gallery of the services provided by Prestipino Dental Group, you will find information on all the different Prosthodontic reconstructions provided by our practice.

Please refer to the gallery on the right to see all of our before and after photos for a variety of Prosthodontic procedures exclusively performed at Prestipino Dental Group.

The gallery includes the following procedures:

  • Reconstructions on teeth and implants
  • Removable Dentures

Full or partial mouth reconstruction is the rebuilding or restoring of some or all of the teeth. The need for full/partial mouth reconstruction may result from ongoing complaints of jaw, muscle and headache pain requiring adjustments to the bite (occlusion) and/or teeth that have been:

  • Lost due to decay or trauma.
  • Injured or fractured.
  • Worn as a result of long-term acid erosion (foods, beverages, acid reflux) or tooth grinding.

If you need full/partial mouth reconstruction, the materials available today make it possible for PDG to provide you with durable, functional and clinically sound treatments that also look natural.

Note: A full/partial mouth reconstruction is not a smile makeover because it is not something you have elected to have performed, it is something that you need and many dental insurances cover a portion of the cost.

For patients missing all or most of their teeth, dentures are often the most accessible solution. These prosthetics contain all of the teeth fitted to artificial gums that are easily fitted and removed from the mouth. They do not convey the same natural appearance as other alternatives such as dental implants, but PDG offers high-quality, cosmetic dentures (both complete and partial) that are less expensive than implants and easier to install and maintain. Removable dentures still require daily cleaning and they help patients without teeth retain the shape and structure of the face. Without teeth, skin can begin to sag, giving a much older appearance.
